I have generated csv file from data Gried view ,now i want to save csv file in readonly format.

please help.

You can do in more than one way

1) File.SetAttributes("YourFileName.txt", FileAttributes.ReadOnly);

2) fileInfo.Attributes = fileInfo.Attributes | FileAttributes.ReadOnly;

you can access the generated file using FileInfo Class and set the read only property to true.
FileInfo fInfo = new FileInfo(csvFileName);
fInfo.IsReadOnly = SetReadOnly;
