I don't think so. Consciousness is something humans still don't know what it is. I don't think programmers can write code for it. Also, it can not be contained and hosted in semiconductors. It is something created by someone who is beyond our planet, and material is also beyond this universe. We don't even understand how to get rid of a cold or headache, which is so small. How can we go that far? I don't see this happening in our lifetimes. We think science has developed so far but in reality, we don't even know how, what, and who controls and manages our planet and the universe. So ....
