cystal report not loading in setup file

 I made the project on vs 2013 with mysql as database and i installed crystal report service pack 13. I also installed its merge module and added at the redistributables of installedshield. Thus i got sap crystal report runtime engine for .net framework 4. But still i m getting "load report failed" when i install the setup file at my own computer.

How to fix this?
