Data Binding in C#

Question

Sir, I am doing a C# data binding Program. I have some error in it and I wish that you will solve that. If you think you can, please reply and i will send you the form and database.

put the break point in save function and see weather your changes is getting updated successfully or not. And also after saving the sp is getting the result or not Regards, Iftikar

I am not getting any error by save button click but the function not giving me the result I expect I used the same button for Save and Update. when I click in dgvClass, the text of btnSave changes to Update. please do the repair in the code I given
