Hi,
U can do this by this way, assume that checkbox is in the first cell.

foreach(DataGridItem dgi in myGrid.Items) 
{ 
    CheckBox myCheckBox = (CheckBox)dgi.Cells[0].Controls[1];
    if(myCheckBox.Checked == true)
    {
        // Write the code for the delete
    }
}
