Its the concept of ADO.NET(For both ASP & Win-Forms).

Thank you Mukesh but i think it will work with win forms only. It will not work with asp .net

That case(Disconnect Environment or Connected Environment) will be only for "selection" of data(select * from tbname) only. There will not be any effect for DML operations(insert,delete,update..)
