Database Backup

Question

Hi Friends i have one doubt that is how can we access database of another system using c#.net . i couldn't find any solution of this.

 

For Example

 

Our Main office in Bangalore

 

Our suboffice in Kerala they want the details of the particular stocks they have only viewing permission Our Main office provide No editing is possible to our suboffice so how can we write the code for this help me friends
