Hi Akhter,

You can send complete txt file records using UDF (User defined tables) parameter to the stored procedure. There you need to look through this UDF parameter and call the below statement.

insert into employee(employeeDOB) values(CONVERT(varchar(10), @date, 101))

How this will apply on table column in sql .can you write query with column table and table name

You can send the date whatever in the txt file to the SQL server and there you need to call as follows to get your desired format.

select CONVERT(varchar(10), @date, 101)

Here @date will be your input date i.e.., 12092018. the output will be 12/09/2018.
