i want to decode qr code with Web Cam, but Camera cant detect it....

After taking the image, sometimes the image quality needs to be enhanced so it will be readable using barcode readers. After improving the image quality, you can pass it to the barcode reader.
If you want to achieve the above goals, you can use a library such as LEADTOOLS.
