2. FROM MyTable dupes, MyTable fullTable
3. WHERE dupes.dupField = fullTable.dupField
4. AND dupes.secondDupField = fullTable.secondDupField
5. AND dupes.uniqueField > fullTable.uniqueField

2. LEFT OUTER JOIN (
