delete MSMQ Queue through bat file

I want to delete MSMQ private queue and reset iis..

Is there any commands to perform in bat file ?

I tried that sample link.but that throws error.Do i need any software to be installed to run powershell script ?

Command to reset IIS is:
iisreset /stop
iisreset /start

Command to purge MSMQ queue is:
