Deployment Of C# Project with Database in SqlServer

Hi to all,

I am creating a software in c# with Sql Server Database. Now i want to deploy that project in Client machine but the problem is that how we deploy the database on the client Machine.

Please Help Me out it's urgent.
Any Suggestion is welcome.
