Hi All.
One of my friend aS a fresher he have joined one MNC company as Programmer analyst.
He worked for that company 1.6 Years.
Then he got another job as a software engineer trainee in another company.
Even though he have 1 + experience,they put software engineer-trainee.
Is there any problem in designation.
can u please any one reply.

Only matter is your techincal knowledge and Most importantly how you interact with people.
Always keep reading new stuffs and try to keeo yourself upgraded with new technolgies and
always see how your seniors talk to others and try to get good points from them and learn how they manage team members.
These designations and all doesnt matter :)
