Details View in Horizontal

I have a detailsview and I want to arrange the display of the fields in horizontal and vertical way. I mean I wan to display the FirstName and LastName fields in the first row and Age and Nationaliy in the second row. I tried to insert

firstname

lastname

. But, it does not work.

Thanks friend, The fields in my details view are boundfields. I use an object datasource to bind them. So, if I do this way, how can I bind them with the fields in the database? I am trying this.
