Can we detect which application is currently running on my desktop using c#? Or which application is mostly used?

to show currently running applications you can get it by calling getProcess method and display it on UI, to get most used apps, create service to log all the process name date time with most used app count as 1 initially and when app closes that also you need to log to with app name, date time. update most used apps count value when apps opens next time and create UI screen to display app name with most used app count.
