As you probably know, PDF format itself is not natively supported by the basic .NET assemblies. Therefore, you will need to use a programming toolkit like LEADTOOLS, which supports loading/saving PDF files over web using the HTML5/JavaScript Document Viewer control (which also provides control over pages level).
