Difference between Executable Path and Startup Path

Hi, 
I want to know what is the difference between Executable path and Start up path.
 Application.ExecutablePath;
Application.StartupPath;

Application.ExecutablePath

obtain the path of a given executable path including the excutable name

Application.StartupPath

obtain the path of a given executable path without the excutable name
