disabling popupblocker

Hi...
My application cotains many popup windows, popub blocker blocks the windows so...
can any one help me to disable the popupblocker by java script or using C#......

Ideally you shouldn't try to disable a pop-up blocker on the client application. There are a few ways you can work around most popup blockers, but it is really not advisable to override security.
I would recommend using other forms of user interface (as against, openin a new window) if it is feasible.
If this is a corporate application, you can request the user to enable popups for your application.
