Display Form WebPart

Question

Hi All,

 

I need your help Im currently  developing an Intranet site. The site has display forms  on either side of the contentplaceholder.Im looking for a way to display these display forms that are feeding from a custom list and the reason they are on the master page is so it could appear on every page through out the site.

 

I have save these forms in the webpart gallery but I cannot seem to be able to insert the with designer or design manager snippet is there a work around for this.
