Question

How to add or build nuget packages into docker file. Can someone assist me?

That depends on a version of .NET. While for older versions I'd stick with Abishkek's answer, for the .net core or .NET >= 5.0 it's enough to call dotnet build in your dockerfile. It will do restore as a part of the build process. The alternative is dotnet restore command
