Dotnet core Login and register problem in Local IIS server 8.0

Question

hi developers I am now hosted successfully core application in IIS of window 2012r2 .But register and login not insert to database problem or other cause.Please look like in my photo.I am try search and implement but not success.please discuss for my post.
