In your question you have said that you want to draw an AND gate. But what you actually wanted is to program(implement) an AND gate.

I wrote a simple example to show you, how to draw a AND gate.

        {
            System.Drawing.Graphics formGraphics = this.CreateGraphics();

            myPen = new System.Drawing.Pen(System.Drawing.Color.Black);
            formGraphics.DrawArc(myPen, 40, 40, 40, 40, 90, -180);
            formGraphics.DrawLine(myPen, 60, 40, 60, 80);
            formGraphics.DrawLine(myPen, 20, 55, 60, 55);
            formGraphics.DrawLine(myPen, 20, 65, 60, 65);
            formGraphics.DrawLine(myPen, 80, 60, 120, 60);
            myPen.Dispose();
            formGraphics.Dispose();
        }
}
