Draw a curve and make it move

I have drawn a curve but i am not able to move it, if i change the condition the curve grows. I don't want curve to grow instead i want it to move. Can anyone tell me how its possible and which condition to be given.

it works in the way i want when i use for rectangle, but not working for curve. Please let me know if there is any method .

I am not sure that it is correct or not. is there any method it could work.
