System.Exception: 'CRM Credentials are Incorrect. Please check if the Credentials are defined correclty in the web.config file. Internal Error:System.NotSupportedException: The authentication endpoint Username was not found on the configured Secure Token Service!

Hi,

It seems that your connection string is incorrect.
Here sample:
For online:
<add name="MyConnectionString" connectionString="Server=Your_Organization_Url/;Username=Your_User_id_of_Online_Org;Password=Your_Password"/>

Make sure you are using correct username and password.
For on-premise
<add name="MyConnectionString" connectionString="Server=you_server_Url; Domain=Your_domain; Username=administrator; Password=password;"/>
