Dynamic Power BI reports using Stored Procedures Parameters

I am trying to create a Dynamic Power BI report using SQL Server Stored Procedures with Parameters. My questions (1) Can I use DirectQuery instead of Import for my Data Connectivity mode. (2) How can I pass the value from a slicer to the stored procedure parameter in Power BI and get the data to be refreshed in the Power BI Reports.
