Hi,

I am working in small IT company as webdeveloper.

i want to earn an extra income in my idle hours.

please guide me the ways in which it should not affect the IT company terms and conditions.

I can think of few ways to earn extra money.

1. Technical training on non-working hours or weekend.
This is the good way to build the expertise by teaching others and at the same time earn money.
Talk to the coaching center near by you.

2. Do freelancing project.
This is yet another way to earn money by executing freelancing project in different ways like creating Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Coding etc.
There are several online websites out there for this such as-

Typically the suggested ways above are ok if you are doing them on non-working hours or without affecting the regular assigned work however double check with your HR or policy officer.

Another option can be support work, many working people in IT are looking for support they pay good amount on hour basis, and headache is also less because you need to give only one or hour in a day
