Question

How to create Ticketing System using Email. Suppose some one send mail to our support email then Auto reply mail send to the Customer with Ticket ID: It is only Email to Email Ticketing System.I want this in Open Source. Kindly Help me on This..

If any SMTP or any other option is Available then Just Share the Link or Idea I want email reply like Customer Care. Suppose we send any mail to customer care Department the we get email from customer care with Ticket ID Ex- Thanks for reaching out to us. Your request has been received and a support ticket has been created (Ticket ID: 169336) - a team member will review the request and respond at the earliest.
