Hello
Please add a reference to DataVisualization in your project.
Steps to add a reference.
Solution Explorer -> Project References-> right click add reference -> Reference Manager window -> Assemblies -> Framework-> select System.Web.DataVisualization.
Also, Check the Attached Screen print.
