Error installing Microsoft visual studio 2012

hello,

I downloaded Microsoft visual studio 2012 for windows 7 from this link:

But as i start to install it it gives the error

error: Microsoft .Net framework 4.5

Fatal error during installation.

even if i disable my Antivirus it gives the same error.

can any one have the idea how to resolve this problem?

My Firwall is already off.
here i m shairing my log file, as well as the screenshort of the error screen:

You just check log file or share it.

You can turn off your firewall and check .
