Error occurs while using asp.net with mysql

Hi..
I am working on asp.net(c#) with mysql database every thing is working fine...
but suddenly fallowing error generated and now its is almost occurs in my application.
error
User XXXX already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

please help me .. why this error is happening.
