Error on running application....

I have download one project from net...but getting error when i want to run this project..

ERROR!!!!!!! "It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. C:\Documents and Settings\it\Desktop\latest rich text box\SampleWebSite\Web.config

Can any one help me?????

as its a web application u hve to create virtual directory for this project ..place the application in c:\Localhost\wwwroot folder .. then go to start - run- type inetmgr . now u can c IIS here u have to right click on ur project name and create virtual directory for it by clickin on create tab
