i want to write to sql agent job but sql server agent stooped in sql server configuration manger

Why not do something that error message says. Examine the errors in machine's event viewers. Also look into errors in SQL Server. Go to -> SQL Server Management Studio -> Server Node -> Management -> SQL Server Logs
