Exe of WPF Application

I am developing a wpf aplication that uses a sql server database. It compiles fine and builds debug files without errors. The problem is when I try to run the .exe file created in bin/debug folder in another PC.

what could be missing?

I believe the list of possible issues is almost endless. You should improve the exception handling, otherwise we can just guess. Maybe some linked dll's missing? Not connected to inernet while trying to connect do DB? And so on ...
