Export Excel Data to Sql Server

Hi need help!!

I need to export my Excel data to my sql server database..
Then from the db i want to read it into the webform
Could somebody throw some wisdom and enlighten me on this
I'm using asp.net C# to do this!!!

Thnks got the solution simply reading from the excel as u do in a database
for each fields specified , saving it into the sql db and then calling the db values into the form !!
