Hi,
My client is generating reports (excel files) on monthly basis and they upload the files in the SharePoint document library (Office 365). Again some reports are coming through the mail (outlook).
The requirement is we need to copy the excel reports (which are in document library and the files that are coming through mail) to the Landing zone(FTP Server) and we need to automate this process every month.
Which is the best way to achieve this ? please help me on this.Thank you..

Option 1:
Step 1: Using Business One drive Application you can map your document library to your local system and which will Automatically sync between your document library and mapped folder on your local system. Always you will have latest data.
Step 2: Using other FTP and scheduler utility you can setup upload process to desire FTP location at desired time.
Option 2: I am still exploring the option that I guess using Microsft Flow we can also achieve, but for this, we need some additional permission on Office 365 environment.
Also, I am writing an article on this and will be published by next week hopefully.

step: - go to the admin panel-> select task and scheduler
-attached the exe (console application) file and set the time
