Facing Problem to get select in any organisation.

Hii,

 

 

I have total 4 years experience in asp.net & Sql Server, and currently I am workng with which organisation has very simple work. whenever I go for interview they ask question on which I have not worked before. I usually Learn from Tutorials but All the things are together not in practice I just Forget the concept which is not right for me and they ask questions with all the technique which is used in asp.net web application like web services, web Api, Entity Framework, generics etc.

 

I just want to change my job and above mention things are occuring with me. I need a guidence that how to crack Interview in one of good organisation.

 

please help and suggest.
