Failure installation of visual studio community 2017

I have a problem installing Visual Studio 2017. I was doing an installation when there was power failure. After restarting my computer, I tried to do the installation but it does not work. I clean the Visual Studio installation files and try again but nothing, how do I?

Use this Software and uninstall complte

MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta

Restart system

And after Install vs2017

Yes I have already tried this installation. 
Just that the first was not finished when I had power cut.
 So when I want to reinstall, I get error messages. Here is the message:
