File Launch Condition

Sounds like you have the problem solved. If not then I sure don't know what the question is.

Thanks for the reply..but this is not what I was looking for...I dont want to check the file existence in my application. When preparing the setup for package there is something called file launch condition to check the file existence while installing the application itself and not while running the application.

Try this. Go to this web site's home page and search for FileInfo. Or if we are lucky this will work. You can also search for FileInfo in the MSDN. It is a class in .Net. I am not sure it is available in a setup program but if .Net is available then FileInfo is.

Thanks Sam for the reply... Could you brief a bit more on fileInfo class...Is this class usefull at the time of installation. I am new to this concept.
