As per my knowledge, you can use following ways.

1) Using File object

Syntax:

File.Copy(@"c:\csharp.txt",@"driveletter:\csharpcopy.txt");

Example:

File.Copy(@"c:\csharp.txt",@"d:\csharpcopy.txt");

2) Using xcopy
