For online exam

GoodAfternoon Sir,

                                     I have a query regarding a online exam project. could you please suggest me 

   if i have a 50 question and 4 option for each of the questions. then how will i show only 5 question and 

   there respective option on one panel. after that when i click on next button I'll go on for further 5 question

   so please suggest me a right way
