Hi Revil, 1. Know the basics of Html & CSS which will help you in design aspects. 2. C# basic functionalites. 3. ADO.Net - CRUD Operations. 4. ASP.Net- How to develop an application 5. SQL - DDL,DML Queries. This is well enough to crack a job in .NET Background. Apart from this if you know these stuffs it will be good advantage * How to deploy application using IIS. * TFS-Team Foundation Server Usage. * MVC/ WCF To Basic Extent. Wish you a great start in the IT Career.

For start you need to learn 1.Html + css+javascript 2.C# 3.C# window form application 4.Asp.Net 5.Database-sql server For starting level I think these you need to learn for a job after job you need to learn lot more
