sir,

i have 4 year gap, because of unwanted incident my have lost my 4 year.

like, father operation

brother ran away from home

got into case which lasted for two years

and now fresh problem going on i.e joint family issue

i have no more guts to put my career in stake

but during this time i have sincerely worked in different retail stores like grocery ration sweet parlor, communication fashion parlor. most of the time i spent on grocery. on same organization.

sir please guide me what next step to take, and my organisation does not provided any experience certificate.

No one can find that you was working with your business if you son.t tell him, if you can make a document from this thin you do..

sir one question thinking to complete my studies.. MBA, there is a college called sri sri university in Bhubaneswar. can you give sincere review for this college so that i can take further steps. thank you

i have worked for my own family business... will it work.. if they ask then what should i say? as someone was said working in family business does not count as exp...:(

Yes.

You should write " I have worked with this organization from .... date to ... date as a .... designation."

what should be written in there..?? like i was working with this organization from 2011 to 2015 will this work..

They are saying true if your organization will give you a stamped document.
That will also work for you....

Hello Dear,
Never be afraid with your fault, it's provide you a good chance to win something.
Try to put your carrier in your carrier path and I hope you have to won your goal on a day.

Always be honest with yourself and doesn't matter how had your past, you can change your future yourself..
One thing that is very important never see other that they have reached there, always try to go ahead with yourself.
Try to start on basic level..

binay you can go and join various retail chains we are there in India as you mentioned that you have spent a lot of time in grocery store. even YOU can start from very Basic in that field but if you have the knowledge, your growth will be deepened on that only ...
