Generating Auto ID on Button Click

I want Auto ID generate by Button Click

if he is student, ID will be LIBSTDKDC240101

if he is faculty, ID will be LIBSTFKDC2401

Student and Faculty will be selected from Dropdown list

where,

LIB stands for library

STD FOR STUDENT

KDC FOR KALICHARAN DEGREE COLLEGE

24 IS COURSE CODE(Course will be Selected from Dropdown List)

01 IS SEMESTER(It will be Selected from Text Box)

01 IS SERIAL NO.

FOR FACULTY THERE IS NO SEMESTER CODE
