Get 403.14 when access ASP.NET Core website deployed on IIS

Finally I know where goes wrong.

I found there's no web.config in my application's folder. IIS don't know it's an ASP.NET Core application, it thinks I'm trying listing the file in that folder.

Then I found I set TransformWebConfigDisabled property in the project configuration to true, which caused Web.config file isn't generated in the publish folder when build it.

Thanks for your reply.

I did install dotNET Core on the server, I've also tried running dotnet core cli tool on the server. I can run the website through dotnet command.
