Get 403.14 when access ASP.NET Core website deployed on IIS

Question

I want to deploy an ASP.NET Core 2.0 website on IIS. I've installed Windows Server Hosting. The website runs normally when debugging locally. I tried Web Deploy, FTP deploy in VS, but every time when I access the site I get 403.14 response.

Finally I know where goes wrong. I found there's no web.config in my application's folder. IIS don't know it's an ASP.NET Core application, it thinks I'm trying listing the file in that folder. Then I found I set TransformWebConfigDisabled property in the project configuration to true, which caused Web.config file isn't generated in the publish folder when build it. Hi Mangesh, Thanks for your reply. I did install dotNET Core on the server, I've also tried running dotnet core cli tool on the server. I can run the website through dotnet command.

also u will need Dotnet core installed on the machine
