Step 1: Go to following directory and delete all files.

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files

Here you may need to change(yellow marked) version number because it is for .NetFramework 4.0. It seems you are using 4.5 So as per your framework change.

Step 2 : Go to RUN command window and type %temp%, press enter. Delete all the files.

Step 3: Clean your solutions. Restart your visual studio. And build your projects.
