Getting TSID property from a .tif file

Yes, you are correct. The TSID is a property of the FaxTiff Object and I have read the MSDN link you provided (thx man). Unfortunately, the only example provided is in VB... (there is no equivalent form of CreateObject in C#) Perhaps it would be better if I explain my intentions in finding the TSID property. My Exchange Server 2003 machine uses a fax modem to receive fax (receive only). I set the modem to route the incoming faxes to a certain email ([email protected]). However, the fax console showed that the routing failed for every fax that went in. I have no idea why. I tried searching the net for a solution. Sadly, it was no where to be found. I finally found a way to get the TSID value of a tif file. I searched the activityLog text file and extract the value. So I tried creating a small program that sends email messages to users with the tif file as attachments, and the TSID property in the subject because the TSID usually contains the sender's phone no. I don't think that a TSID (transmitting station ID) is actually a property of a .tif file itself but a property of a fax client object such as FaxDoc etc.

Were you perhaps thinking of the Tsid property of the FaxTiff object?
