google pie chart cannot export to word 2016 c# .net

Sir,

I have using google pie chart in MVC4 project. But it can not exporting to word 2016 only. I have attached error file.
Please look upon it and kindly relpay me.

In the project using:-

using Novacode;
using Word = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word;

And also using reference dll is 'docx'.
