got error while debugging

I build my application and tried to debug but error prompt up "Unable to start debugging on the web server. Operation not supported." If I run without debuging it runs good. How do I fix this issue? In my web config degug is set to true.

Thank you for your help. I figured out my packages was not uptodate. I updated and it worked.

Try going to IIS and checking to make sure the App Pool you are using is started. A lot of times, you will produce an error that shuts down the app pool. You just need to right click and Start and you should be good to go.

There are couple of reasons for the error message "Unable to start debugging in webserver .."

Make sure that IIS is configured with ASP.NET. Execute below command prompt which will reset your configuration and configure again:

cd %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319 aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Secondly, open VisualStudio in Administrator and see the result. Please follow below link that might help you:
