HasUniqueRoleAssignments property is not initialized error in client context CSOM code

In the client object model, when you return a Webobject certain properties are not included, and you must explicitly retrieve them. For example,HasUniqueRoleAssignments has to retrieved explicitly.
ctx.Load(ListItem,a=>a.HasUniqueRoleAssignments);
