What is the opposite from condition HAVING? Select from dbo.test HAVING condition Select from dbo.test NOT HAVING condition

There is no NOT HAVING clause. Instead the condition can have a != or <> i.e. not equal to.

Maybe a denial of the condition?
SELECT 1 HAVING 1=1
-- true
SELECT 1 HAVING not 1=1
-- false
SELECT 1 HAVING not 1=0
-- true
